Growcery Garden’s productivity incubator sessions are different from the group studio sessions. This incubator is a one on one environment designed for focused work, somatic regulation, and measurable progress. This service is currently available in two formats:
Virtual member
$100 per month
Work with the studio from anywhere.
4 virtual incubator sessions per month including:
• Weekly 60-minute creative-focus sessions
• A shared creative workspace to start and finish real work
• Optional invitation to Maryland nature sessions (space permitting)

How we Grow productivity
we move through four phases:
G — Ground
Grounded movement and steady postures to settle into the space.
Example: Desk-based yoga — simple, practical, supportive.
R — Restore
Rest, refuel, reset.
Example: Time to eat, breathe, pause, or simply be still.
O — Organize
Open your materials.
Order your thoughts.
Purpose: Clear what’s in the way before you create.
W — Work Well
What matters is what moves.
Work steadily on the task you came to do.
Purpose: Finish or make measurable progress in supported, independent intervals. These intervals follow a flow structure framework.
Monthly Maryland Nature Sessions
Outdoor guided sessions hosted at protected camp sites across Maryland.
These sessions are not retreats. They are productivity incubators: work sessions held in a new environment to reset focus and move projects forward.
These sessions include:

✓ Time to work on what you’ve been putting off
✓ Time for art, journaling, or thinking
