Before beginning your primary task, read a resource that supports your productivity or personal growth.

Choose one of the following:

  • Read this shared article or this theoretical one about social-productivity or

  • Read a scholarly article related to productivity, creativity, or executive functioning.

  • Read a book chapter, blog post, or other resource that helps you overcome a current challenge.

After reading, pause to reflect on one idea you would like to apply during today's productivity session.
